In order to feed brewing conches, from big-bags and bags, our agro-food subsidiary proposed a big-bag emptying station with an unloading system, accompanied by several transfer (T12 range) and dosing (T54 range) equipments. The solution also included a T51 system which, thanks to its unloading system, allows difficult materials to be transported.
The interest here was to be able to simultaneously transfer medium flow and fluctuating flow powders. The dispensing spiral extracts the ingredient, then doses and loads the feeder in a constant manner, without air or bearings.
