The project

The idea was to mix sugar and starch without investing in a new mixer.

The technical solution had to allow easy modification of the percentage of starch injected, in order to adapt precisely to the different recipes of its own customers

Finally, one of the technical constraints was to integrate a precise dosing process in tens of grams.

What was the response?
  • A combination of weight and volume dosing for stable and continuous feeding of the packaging line.
  • Intermediate and sub-weighing hoppers
  • Installation of dry and wet interfaces + non-return valves to limit the risks of wet rising
