The Bi-Turbine
The Bi-Turbine has been developed to complete your production lines, for the purpose of powdering and sprinkling your products.
In a double barrel cylinder, two flexible threaded screws act in opposite directions along a defined length to homogenise the contact between a base product and an ingredient, usually in powder form, of smaller particle size.

Speed, contact time, screw pitch... are some of the parameters that allow to reach the desiredcoating or powdering objective.

The Bi-Turbine responds to processes by dosing or by saturation of the ingredients.
