Double flow tube
TRANSITUBE has developed the Double Flow Tube, which allows pasty products to be maintained in liquid form at a given temperature and transferred to the point of use.
Under silo feeders
TRANSITUBE has set up a unit that has developed an invention of André TAUPIN and applied it to many storage facilities worldwide: the under-silo dosing extractors allow regular extraction (even with curved products) and regular dosing, so as to correctly feed a Vertical FlexiScrew placed downstream.
Flexible containers
TRANSITUBE has set up a unit specialising in dosing and mixing techniques. But there are other storage methods than silos, in particular flexible containers, still called big-bags, which must be emptied on special installations, with dosing devices at their base, also coming from André TAUPIN's inventions, with introduction of the dosed products into a Mixer-Injector.
Coating biturbine
TRANSITUBE has set up a unit which has developed a new mixing and coating technique, the Coating Biturbine, which has been used in many applications worldwide. The mixing or coating aids are fed into the Biturbine by a Vertical FlexiScrew for powder products, and a Double Flow Tube for liquid products.
