Expertise in manufacturing, material selection, and inspection of critical components: coils, tubes, mechanical assemblies, and safety equipment.
Materials Suited to Your Application
Steel, 304/304L or 316/316L stainless steel: Materials are selected based on the characteristics of the product being transported, the process requirements, and the needs of your business.
Welds and Finishes
TIG welds, continuous weld beads, and designs that minimize retention, depending on the configuration. Finishes may include epoxy paint, microbeading, mirror polishing, or passivation, depending on the materials and intended use.
Spires
Manufactured from special steel or stainless steel, our coils combine flexibility with mechanical strength. Their profile and design are tailored to the product, flow rate, and transfer requirements.
Chutes and Mechanical Assemblies
Their geometry and interfaces are designed to suit the supply conditions, the transfer path, and the connected equipment.
The tubes
Polyamides—including bio-based ones—or stainless steel: various designs are available to meet requirements related to abrasion, static electricity, and environmental conditions. For ATEX applications, the selection process focuses on the complete configuration and its applicable marking.
Seals and clamps
Connections are selected to ensure the required seal and to facilitate disassembly. Electrical continuity is taken into account when the application requires it.
Dimensional and functional inspections, in-shop testing, and traceability of equipment prior to shipment.
Inspections cover components and assemblies, depending on their configuration and project requirements. Assembly and pre-assembly operations in the workshop allow for the verification of mechanical interfaces and preparation for on-site integration.
From coil manufacturing to equipment inspection, our expertise continues to evolve to meet the demands of your industrial processes.
